UL Classified Emergency Fire Ladder with Stabilizing Stand-Offs for Every Rung 20 Ft. Long QuickEscape Emergency Fire Escape Ladder: 3 Story Length. Any 3 story building that has no fire escapes must have one or more of these 20 foot chain fire ladder to escape home or business in case of fire or other emergency that requires prompt evacuation. Fires, earthquakes or other emergency situations could occur leaving occupants on upper floors stranded. Have an emergency escape plan, and that plan should include this 3 story length of escape ladder. Sturdy enough to support over 400 lbs. per rung. The QuickEscape(TM) Emergency Escape Bold Ladder is the only Underwriters Laboratories UL Classified escape ladder. Quick Escape is a strong, light weight portable escape ladder with industrial strength ladder hooks that fit over most window sills so you can safely escape a fire. Quick Escape ladders come in 12 foot and 20 foot lengths to escape from second or third story windows. All include ladder stand offs for the stability. UL Classified QuickEscape 20 Ft. Fire Ladder with Plastic Chain Covering Features: UL classified (SA9656) 18 Gauge Steel & 2/0 Double Loop Chain. Plastic sleeves cover side chains: fewer tangles, easier to deploy. Rungs tested to 450 pounds per rung. Steel, slip-resistant rungs are grooved and heavy duty for added safety. Displaces 25 lbs. per sq. ft. Supports over 1000 pounds.
